The third annual conference of the Chaire de coopération Desjardins-Guy Bernier, in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence in Accounting and Reporting for Co-operatives and CIRIEC-Canada is an opportunity to discuss current issues in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the current geopolitical context and as a cross-cutting theme linking different disciplines in management sciences and beyond.

The conference will take place over two days, November 20th and 21st, in the Salle des Boiseries at UQAM, and will bring together practitioners and researchers from Quebec, Canada, and around the world to discuss equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Presentations will address various topics, such as the social influence of EDI, measuring and quantifying EDI policies, and the practice of EDI on the ground, drawing on concrete examples.

A panel of practitioners and academics will close our first day, and several initiatives will be highlighted during the two days of the conference.
